John Nickolas Green of Columbus, GA died Friday, June 26, 2020 at his residence in Columbus, GA.
John was born on April 20, 1936 in Columbus, GA to Erwin Frederick Green and Rosie Mae Green. He was a foreman for the Columbus Consolidated Government for over 30 years. John enjoyed spending time with his "youngin's" (kids and grandkids), hunting and the outdoors, restoring cars and motors, and playing golf with his friends. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Myrtle Mae Green.
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Connally, and his son and daughter-in-law, Nickolas and Diana Green. His grandchildren, Jacob Connally, Corri Connally, Davin Green, and Mattie Green, and his great-grandchildren, Cooper Connally and Audri Connally, will all miss him dearly.
