Jimmy Ray Fewell 85, of Sugar Hill, Georgia formally of Columbus, Georgia died Thursday, July 01, 2021 at Northside Hospital, Cumming, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 12:30 PM Tuesday, July 6, 2021 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. Tommy Henschel officiating. Interment with Military Honors will be held in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Fewell was born November 20, 1935 in Nyota, Alabama son of the late Arnold A. and Olive R. Tinney Fewell. He was a graduate of Central High School, member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Ellerslie, Georgia, a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired Area Manager for Giant Mart Grocery stores.
Other than his parents, Mr. Fewell was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Boitnott Fewell.
Survivors include his children; Kay Fewell Wilkerson and her husband Mark of Dallas, Texas and Steven Fewell of Sugar Hill, Georgia.
