Rt. Fire Captain Jerry L Renfroe 68, of Columbus, Ga. died May 08, 2018.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Monday, May 21, 2018 at Cascade Hills Church with Battalion Chief Mark Burnett officiating. Interment with Fireman's Honors will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.
Mr. Renfroe was born April 02, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia son of Mary Bowen Renfroe of Columbus, Ga. and the late Thomas Renfroe. Jerry retired after 34 years with the Columbus Fire and EMS as a Captain and enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Other than his mother, Jerry is survived by his sons, Bryan Renfroe of Salem, Al. and Brad Renfroe of Columbus, Ga., brothers, Danny Renfroe of Columbus, Ga., Ronnie Renfroe of Cataula, Ga., Donnie Renfroe of Columbus, Ga. and Tommy Renfroe of Cedertown, Ga., four grandchildren.
