Jennifer Marie Holley 31, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Piedmont North Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 14, 2021 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Billy Duncan officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery.  In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 facemasks and social distancing will be required during the visitation and funeral service.

Jennifer was born October 20, 1989 in Ft. Benning, GA and was the daughter of Jerry L. Holley of Columbus, GA, and the late Linda Wood Holley. Jennifer loved painting, photography, video and card games. She was also an active member of Beallwood Baptist Church. She graduated Northside High School in 2009 and then she earned her Bachelor of Arts at Columbus State University in 2019.

Jennifer described herself as a modern hippie tree hugger/recycle fan. She was a nerd of many things and fandom’s. To her friends she was laid back and easy going, loyal friend and confidant, passionate about art and music, and a great addition to board-game night. She was a dedicated employee, anxious to do and please her managers and clients. She was a precious daughter who never gave her dad a minute’s worry.

She is preceded in death by her loving mother Linda Wood Holley, brother Jeremy Holley, maternal grandparents Harry and Geneva Wood, Sr., paternal grandparents William Irving and Ruby Lee Holley.

She is survived by her father, Jerry Holley (Glenda) of Columbus, GA, brothers Michael McClellan (Edeliza) of Box Springs, GA, Chris McClellan of Phenix City, AL, niece Ashley McClellan of Mary Esther, FL nephew Rassel (R.J.) McClellan of Box Spring, GA, uncles Harry C. Wood, Jr. (Carol Ann) of Columbus, GA, Byron Griffin of Columbus, GA, aunts Carol McNeil of Columbus, GA, Cathy Griffin of Covington, GA, cousins Aaron and Sarah Ann Wood, Michael, William, and Mae Ellen Holley.
