Jeff Allen Scarbrough, 50, of Columbus, GA died April 9, 2024 at St. Francis Hospital. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 20, 2024 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, with Pastor Jared Owens officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Jeff was born February 19, 1974 in Ft. Benning, GA son of Kenneth Scarbrough and Linda Kropaczewski Ricks. Jeff served in the US Navy. He loved Notre Dame Football (Go Irish!), little league baseball, March madness and karaoke. Jeff loved spending time with his family laughing and joking around with one another.
Survivors include his wife, Kerri Scarbrough of Columbus, GA; children, Hailee Scarbrough (Dylan Anderson) of Kennesaw, GA, Bryson Scarbrough of Phenix City, AL, Sean Barker (Ashley Campbell) of Spartanburg, SC; mother, Linda Ricks (Ray) of Phenix City, AL; father, Kenneth Scarbrough (Cindy) of Columbus, GA; siblings, Michelle Nixon (Richard) of Cataula, GA, Ryan Scarbrough (Erica) of Ellerslie, GA; nieces, Cassidy Nixon, Emilee Scarbrough, Rylee Scarbrough; nephews, Christian Messer (Madyson), and Chandler Nixon; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
