Born on February 28, 1944, in Opelika, Alabama, Jeanette's life was a testament to the love and joy she brought to all who knew. Jeanette was the cherished wife of James C. Pearce, with whom she shared a beautiful and enduring partnership. Together, they built a family that became Jeanette's pride and joy. She was a devoted mother to her daughter, Kay Nell Lees (Gary), and an adoring grandmother to her granddaughters, Meagan Brock, Marinn Tinsley (Jon), and Mary Beth Burton (Mason). Her love extended to her great-grandchildren, Brody Brock, Victoria Brock, and Emmett Burton.

Before her retirement, Jeanette served her community with grace and dedication as a dental assistant. Her gentle touch and friendly demeanor made her a favorite among patients and colleagues alike. Jeanette’s professional life was marked by the same compassion and care that she extended to her family and friends.

Jeanette's spirit was as vibrant as the gardens she tended with such passion. Her yard was a stunning display of her love for gardening, filled with an array of beautiful flowers that brought joy to all who beheld them. She found immense pleasure in sharing the bounty of her garden with family and neighbors, further nurturing the bonds she held dear.

Those who knew Jeanette were touched by her kindhearted and friendly nature. She lived her life as a faith-filled journey, always looking for the best in others and offering a helping hand whenever needed. Her presence was a comforting light, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those she has left behind.

Jeanette's life was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Albena Wilson, her brother, Gerald Ford, and her sisters, Kaye Thomas and Jeanelle Richardson. The memories shared and the love that flowed within the family will remain a testament to the wonderful person she was.

Jeanette's life was a gift to all who experienced her unwavering positivity and generous spirit. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the remarkable life she led and the countless ways she enriched our lives.
