Jane Temples Profile Photo

Jane Temples, better known as Honey, Janie, or Aunt Janie, left us on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 all sad and with broken hearts.

She was so looking forward to her 65th Wedding Anniversary coming up September 18, but her living thru her suffering with Alzheimer's Disease became more than her poor body could take. My Honey was born January 10, 1937 in Milford, Massachusetts, spent her childhood in Stoughton, MA and graduated from Stoughton High School in 1955. She had saved Tuition Fee and started at Brockton Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in September 10, 1958. She met her Honey, John Temples, in 1957. They were engaged on Valentine's Day, 1958 and were married on September 18, 1958. Her new family was a match made in heaven for Honey and her new family. Love was, and still is, so very evident. Her new family of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins became her passion.

Jane is predeceased by her mother, Anna Mae Lally Curry, who was also an RN, father Thomas Walter Curry, sister Katherine Connaly, brotherThomas Walter Curry Jr. son Jeffrey Temples,  and a niece Kathleen Curry. She is survived by her husband, son John Temples III and many nieces, nephews and cousins in the “Southern” branch of her family.

Thru friendships thru the years, she has lovingly "adopted" several sons and daughters. A better Mother can't be found. With a little nudging from her Honey, she became a world traveler, visiting all 7 continents, all 50 US States, and uncounted foreign countries. Her love, kindness, and compassion, will leave us all with an unending ache in our heart.

There will be a private burial. A Memorial Service is planned for a later date.
