James “Neal” McCullohs, Jr., 89, of Pine Mountain Valley, Georgia, died Saturday, December 17, 2022.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 4, 2023 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Neal McCullohs IV and Rev. Keith Jennings officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, Ga. 31907.
Neal was born December 15, 1933 in Columbus, Georgia son of the late James Neal McCullohs, Sr., and Mary Williams McCullohs. He was a member of the Class of 52 at Columbus High School and loved to hunt, tell stories, spend time on his farm, and spend time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Doris Butler McCullohs of Pine Mountain Valley, GA; sons, Neal McCullohs, III (Cathy) of Lutz,Fl, Robert McCullohs (Teresa) of Pine Mountain Valley, GA; grandchildren, Mary Peregrine (Brendan) of Lutz,FL, Neal McCullohs IV (April) of Lutz, FL, Robert McCullohs,Jr. (Ashley) of Columbus, GA; great-grandchildren, Carter, Noah, Walker, Taylor, Charlotte, Camden , and James.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Pine Mountain Valley Volunteer Fire Dept., Roosevelt Memorial Church, or The Humane Society of Harris County.
