James "Jim" Arnold Spradlen

James "Jim" Arnold Spradlen, Jr., 54, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, December 16, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Glenn Anthony Baptist Church with Rev. Hank Reeves and Mr. Lane Jimmerson officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Jim was born February 16, 1964 in Columbus, GA son of Paulette Bridges Spradlen of Columbus, GA and the late James Arnold Spradlen, Sr. He worked with PBS Appraisal Co. and was the former owner of Jim's Cleaning Machines. At the age of 13, Jim won a Gold metal in his division at the Golden Glove Boxing Club in Atlanta, Ga. and advanced to the Regional matches and won a Silver Medal. He loved fishing, the outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Bradley S. Kee.
Survivors other than his mother include his daughter, Carrie Ann Spradlen, sister, Kathy S. Kee (Gerry), nephew, Dustin Kee, and several beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to PAWS Humane 4900 Milgen Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
