James "Jimmy" Neal McCullough, 62, of Columbus, GA, died Saturday, July 29, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with the Rev. Stephen Brinkman officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Jimmy was born April 27, 1955 in Columbus, GA, son of Joyce Meadows McCullough of Columbus, GA and the late William L. "Big Daddy" McCullough. Jimmy could fix just about anything, worked in construction all his life, loved to fish and loved his mama, daughter and grandchildren so much.
Survivors other than his mother include his daughter, Mandy Revell (Carson) of Midland, GA; brothers, Billy McCullough (Linda) of Cataula, GA, Tommy McCullough (Gloria) of Midland, GA and Bobby McCullough of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Crosby and Hollis Revell and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "Jimmy's Tree Fund" at Seasonal Concepts, 6220 Milgen Road, Columbus GA 31907. We will plant a tree in his memory this fall.
