James Kennedy Carlile, 65, of Phenix City, AL died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Canterbury Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, July 6, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Hank Reeves officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Carlile was born January 22, 1947 in Columbus, GA son of the late James F. Carlile and Edna Jenkins Holt. He worked as a radio announcer in the Columbus and Dothan area for many years.
Survivors include his two sons, Chris Carlile of Midland, GA and Chase Carlile of Cumming, GA, and five grandchildren, Camryn, Evan, Reese, Alexis, and Neko.
