Jacqueline "Jackie" Daniels Screen, 50, Columbus, GA. died Friday October 3, 2014 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM , Thursday, October 9, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA 31907. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Jackie was born January 3, 1964 in Lykens, PA to John "Jack" Edward Daniels and the late Gail Barbara Williard Daniels. She was a 1982 graduate of Pacelli High School. She was an Aprons Clerk at Publix Super Market and attended Cascade Hill Church.
Survivors include her father John "Jack" Daniels (Vici); husband, Ben Screen; four children, Megan Johnston, Tiffany Johnston, Zachary Johnston (Sarah) and Brittany Johnston; one brother, David Daniels (Deborah); two sisters, Angie Jacob (Ken) and Dawn Gowanloch (Greg); five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
