Mrs. Jackie Ann Blackwell, 75, of Phenix City, AL died Thursday, April 30, 2020 at her residence.
A Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, May 04, 2020 at Parkhill Cemetery with Chaplain Dean Knipe officiating. The family will have visitation after the service at Parkhill Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA. 31907.
Jackie was born March 06, 1945 to the late Sidney Harper and Maggie Pritchett Davis. She was a school bus driver for the Muscogee County School District for 10 years. She loved to sew, cross stitch, collect dolls and she loved spending time with her family. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James William Blackwell.
Survivors include her daughters, Pam (John) Higginbotham of Phenix city, AL, Wendy Hope (Kyle) of Phenix City, AL, sons, James "Jimbo" Blackwell (Pam) of Skipperville, AL, David Blackwell of Phenix City, AL, sister, Sandra Clark of Lawrenceville, GA, brother, Jessie Harper of Tifton, GA, seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Kindred Hospice @ 700 Brookstone Centre Pkwy #100, Columbus, GA 31904.
