Ida "Jane" Mitchell

Ida "Jane" Mitchell, 80, of Midland, GA died Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, January 7, 2022 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Paul Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery.
Jane was born July 13, 1941 in Donaldsonville, GA to the late Collie Guest and Ruby Eldridge Guest. She was a member of Evangel Temple, loved to watch the grandkids play sports and loved spending time with her family. She loved to garden and she loved everyone. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Dan Moody Mitchell, Sr. and her brothers, Jesse Hope Guest and James Brady Guest
She is survived by her children, Allison Mitchell McGregor of Midland, GA, Mark Mitchell (Kelly) of Midland, GA, Pam Mitchell Thombley of Columbus, GA, Dan Moody Mitchell, Jr. (Angie), of Midland, GA, Lisa Mitchell Barker (Joe) of Columbus, GA, 9 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
