Hia Seaborn, 83, of Fortson, GA died Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Orchard View Rehabilitation Center.
A funeral service will be held 9:00AM Monday, May 20, 2024 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends from 2:00- 4:00 PM Sunday, May 19, 2024 at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907. A procession to Ft. Moore Cemetery will be held following services.
She was born December 8, 1940 in Vĩnh Châu, Vietnam. After marrying William E. Seaborn, she stayed at home to provide and care for their children and later co-owned the Formosa restaurant formerly in Columbus, GA. She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Seaborn (1997), and son, John (1976).
She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Ray (Robert) of Fortson, GA and Jennie Dossett (Michael) of Columbus, GA; nephews, Huynh Ty of Arlington, Texas and Huynh Chieu of Seattle, Washington; grandchildren, Emily Anne Ray and Madeline Ray Delrose (Jared) both of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
