Heather Marie Spillers

Heather Marie Spillers, 43, of Columbus, Georgia, tragically passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Piedmont Midtown Medical Hospital.

Born on January 25, 1981, in Albany, Georgia, Heather was the beloved daughter of Mrs. Sandra Thrower Jumper and her father, Phillip Spillers. She grew up surrounded by the love and support from her family, mother and stepfather, Sandra and Will Jumper of Columbus, GA, and her father and stepmother, Phillip Spillers and Sonya Spillers of Perry, GA. Heather leaves behind her cherished children: son, Matthew Ehrlich of Perry, GA, and her daughter, Ashley Ehrlich-Hampton of Kennesaw, GA, her brother, Lee Spillers, and sister-in-law, Brandi Spillers, both of Columbus, GA, and her half-sister, Allison Spillers, of Perry, GA.

In addition to her immediate family, Heather is mourned by a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will remember her for her warmth and kindness. She was preceded in death by her beloved stepsister, Heather Michelle Jumper, her grandparents Bob & Joyce Ellis, Pat & Melvin Thrower & Everett & Pat Clayton who will also be honored in the hearts of those who loved them.

The family invites all of you to join them in celebrating her life and legacy during the memorial service. A celebration of her life is scheduled for Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 4:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907. Rev. Ed Rollins will officiate the service.
