Hazel Kathryn Milner, 87, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, April 14, 2022 in Columbus, Georgia.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, April 18, 2022 at Parkhill Cemetery with Rev. Bob Hawkins officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Hazel was born January 13, 1935 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Thomas E. Beach and Ida Mae McGuffey Beach. She retired after 40 years of service with Bibb Mills. She loved to fish, cook, play ball with her grandchildren and was a member of Cascade Hills Church. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Bennie Beach, Clyde Beach, Eddie Beach, Dorothy Williams, Juanita McKenzie and Tommy Beach.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Huey Vester Milner of Columbus, GA, children, Debbie Milner of Columbus, GA, Rodney Milner (Georgette) of Hamilton, GA, grandchildren, Kristi LaFortune (Nathan) of Fortson, GA, Heather Ellison (Michael) of Columbus, GA, Joey Heath (Carollynn) of Buena Vista, GA, Justin Heath (Julie) of Midland, GA, great-grandchildren, Charity, Madalyn, Luke, Jacob, Reese, Tripp, Jackson, and Caelum.
