After graduating from Columbus High School, Randy moved to Atlanta, GA learning offset printing and graphic arts which he made a lifelong career owning and operating a business there. He spent most of his life in Atlanta until moving back to his hometown in Columbus, GA due to illness about 10 years ago.

Despite his illness, he never gave up and started a business, Prezprint Printing Plus in Columbus. He worked a part time job for Mueller Reports doing insurance claims as a field representative.  He also was an entrepreneur, loved shopping for bargains online and local thrifting. He had an online business on EBay.

Randy was very smart, creative and outgoing. He loved boating, going to the lake, snorkeling and scuba diving. He loved to cook, experimenting with different kinds of dishes.  He loved sports, especially football and racing.  He was a Georgia and Falcons fan.

Randy loved his family and friends and loved family get-togethers especially at Christmas.  He would spend a lot of thought and detail, finding the best presents for everyone especially his mother and nieces and nephews.

Randy was mischievous and a jokester. Always the life of the party and get-togethers especially before becoming sick. He loved to make people happy and laugh. He was always there when you needed him. He had a heart for the less fortunate. He never complained and always looked for the good in everyone. Even when he was so sick, he would always say when asked how are you feeling, he would reply, "Marvelous" or "Mighty fine". His final words were, "I love Jesus and want to spend eternity in heaven with my Lord and Savior".

He will always be in our hearts and memories until we see him again.
