Harolyn G. Hunt, 84, of Columbus, GA died Friday, April 6, 2012 at Vista Care at Franciscan Woods.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, April 9, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Wayne Scarborough officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Hunt was born February 22, 1928 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Charles and Pluma Reece George. She was a homemaker and a member of Wynnton Baptist Church. She was also the Ambassadors for the Georgia Power Company and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Gibson and brother, Charles George.
