Hannah was born December 14, 2000 in Columbus, GA to Jeffery J. Bates and Judy Foster Bates. She played violin in middle school; she was a student at Hardaway High School, loved to play jokes on people, loved animals and dreamed of becoming a Veterinarian.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Bates of Columbus, GA, father, Jeff Bates (Shana L.) of San Antonio, TX, sisters, Amanda Hill (Thomas) of Columbus, GA, Joanna Symonds of Columbus, GA, Alyssa Bates of Columbus, GA, maternal grandparents, Stephen Foster (Delta) of Columbus, GA, paternal grandparents, Franklin Bates (Gail) of Mauk, GA, and maternal grandmother, Glenda Eseltine of Columbus, GA.
