Grace Trammell, 79, of Columbus, GA died Friday, August 2, 2013 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Clark Standard officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, August 5, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA. 31907.
Mrs. Trammell was born October 20, 1933 in Faceville, Georgia, daughter of the late Walter Scott Howell and Mattie Smith Howell. She retired from St. Francis Hospital as a Unit Secretary and was a member of Beallwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin David Trammell.
Survivors include her son, Randy Trammell of Columbus, GA; daughters, Paula Trammell of Columbus, GA, Donna Trammell Payne (Dan) of Winder, GA and Anna Trammell of Columbus, GA; brother, Clifford Howell (Reba) of Faceville, GA; granddaughter, Jessica Trammell of Columbus, GA, great grandson, Dylan Burns of Columbus, GA; and many nieces and nephews.
