Gordon Edward Jones, 74, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, June 17, 2021 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, June 21, 2021 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Dr. Kevin Calhoun officiating. Interment with Military honors will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Gordon was born November 12, 1946 in Centurial, WA to the late Robert Gordon Jones and Marjorie Huss Jones. He worked at Modine Automotives as a sales distributor. He loved to go camping, fishing, drag racing and loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Susan Jones of Columbus, GA, daughter, Melissa Brazier (Jeremy) of Midland, GA, son, Shane Gordon Jones (Melissa) of Fortson, GA, grandchildren, Jolie Brazier, Delanie Brazier, Lillie Jones, and Ellie Jones.
