Gladys Lenoria (Mcdowell) Galloway

Gladys Lenoria Galloway, 88, of Columbus, GA passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Columbus Hospice House. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Kirkland Memorial Baptist Church, 6304 Lynridge Ave, Columbus, GA 31909 with Reverend Travis Rigsby. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Gladys was born November 5, 1933 in Harris County, GA to the late Luther and Lois Johnson McDowell. She loved her church, her church friends, she hated snakes, even on tv, She was an avid Elvis fan, and enjoyed gospel music.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, BG Galloway.
Survivors include her children, Gwen Hunt (Terry) of Byron, GA, Martha Patterson (Randy) of St. Mary’s, OH, Angela Andujar (Blake) of Columbus, GA; eight grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
