Gerald Wade Barker, 74, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, March 28, 2024 at his residence.
A visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 PM, Saturday, April 6, 2024 at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Gerald was born May 18, 1949 in Columbus, GA to the late William Morris Barker and Maudine “Molly” Owens Barker. He was the former owner and operator of Tire Master Service Center in Columbus, GA. He loved to golf, to keep himself busy with work and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Gerald is survived by his wife of 54 years, Stormy Barker of Columbus, GA, children, Jason Barker (Liz) of Smith Station, AL, Blake Barker (Candice) of Fortson, GA, brother, Mike Barker (Nell) of Fortson, GA, grandchildren, Alyssa Barker, Olivia Barker, Keeli Barker, Madisyn Masuoka, great-grandchildren, Oakley Carver, Mason Carver, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
