George W. Flake, 68, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, January 10, 2019 at his home.
A Celebration of his life will be held 4:00 PM Monday, January 21, 2019 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Tommy Fountain Sr. officiating.
Mr. Flake was born May 18, 1950 in Orlando, FL son of the late William B. and Alma Mae Barnes Flake. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and later worked as a Security Officer for Sizemore Security.
Survivors include his brothers, Kenneth Flake, Odas Flake and Bobby Flake, and several nieces and nephews.
