Geoffrey (Geoff) Dion Smith, Age 43 of Columbus, Ga. passed away at the Wound Specialty Hospital on January 19, 2020 in Columbus, Ga. after continuous stay due to injuries received from a car accident that happened in early September, 2019. A visitation will be held 5PM-7PM on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at McMullen Funeral Home & Crematory, 3874 Gentian Boulevard Columbus, Ga. Geoff was born January 29, 1976 in Columbus, Ga. He graduated from Shaw High School and continued his education at Columbus Technical College. Geoff was employed by Army & Air Force Exchange Service for eleven years as a store associate. He enjoyed NASCAR, Hockey & Wrestling as hobbies. Geoff is survived by his mother, Faye (Jerry) Kuehl, his brother, Kevin Smith, several aunts & cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Smith, his maternal and paternal grandparents. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Peter United Methodist Church 6507 Moon Road Columbus, GA. 31909.
