Gary Charles Brown, 74, of Columbus, GA died Friday, May 3, 2024 at St. Francis Hospital.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Gary was born October 3, 1949 to the late James Everette Brown and Elizabeth Hutchinson Brown in Camden, SC. He served in the United States Army and fought for his country during the Vietnam Conflict. He worked on projects at Ft. Moore with the McCarty Corporation, as an electrician.
Survivors include his daughters: Beverly Brown of Anniston, AL and Shelbi Brown of Columbus, GA. Grandchildren: Tiffani Michele Howard, of Anniston, AL and Lauren Elizabeth Taylor (Ashton) of Edgewood, Maryland.
