Gail Crowder Reuwer, 68, of Ellerslie, GA passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 in Ellerslie, GA.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Mark Williams officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Reuwer was born July 23, 1949 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late William and Vivian Jones Crowder. She worked as a Doffer at Carters. She enjoyed going to the Columbus Cottonmouths Hockey games and loved to be around people and talking to them. Many of her friends called her "mommy".
Survivors include her loving husband, Louis Reuwer of Ellerslie, GA, children, William Clark (Martha) of Phenix City, AL, Cassie Stoneback (Colleen) of Richland, GA and Anthony McNamara (Christy) of Richland, GA, step-children, David L. Reuwer of Daytona, FL, Timothy C. Reuwer (Kathy) of Enterprise, FL and Vincet C. Reuwer (Danyelle) of Deland, FL, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted but those so desiring may make memorial contributions to your favorite charity.
