Forrest Earnest Moore, II, 30, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, October 10, 2015 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Cornerstone Baptist Church 16117 GA-315 Ellerslie, GA 31807 with Dr. Tommy Henschel officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the church according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Forrest was born September 6, 1985 in Bremerton, WA son of Forrest Elton Moore and Tracie Peeples Moore of Cataula, GA. He was a 2004 graduate of Harris County High School and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
Other than his parents, he is survived by his wife, Amanda Spivey Moore, son, Forrest Earnest Moore, III, daughter, Kately Diana Moore all of Columbus, GA, brother, Zachary Moore (Haley) of Beale AFB, CA, maternal grandparents, Roy and Cora Peeples of Valley, AL, paternal grandfather, Raymond E. Moore, paternal grandmother, Diane Goodman of Fortson, GA, and niece, Virginia Moore.
Flowers will be accepted but those so desiring may make memorial donations to Cornerstone Baptist Church or to the Arthritis Foundation 7505 Veterans Parkway #C Columbus, GA 31909.
