Florence Andersson

Florence Andersson, also known as Florence Maciejewski and Florence Jenkins, 92, of Columbus, GA passed away Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Oaks Memory Care Center.
Memorial service will be held 3:00 PM January 7, 2023 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Florence was born December 24, 1929 in Manchester, NH on Christmas Eve to the late Joseph Maciejewski and Ursula Andersson. She was 92 at the time of her death. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband William Andersson, sons, David Jenkins and Brian Jenkins.
She leaves behind her son and his wife, Kenneth Jenkins Jr. and Olga Jenkins, three grandchildren: Kate Jenkins Grier, Matthew Jenkins and Andrew Jenkins and six great grand children, and many other family members that will miss her kind spirit. She will be missed by many.
The family requests that anyone wishing to leave a lasting memorial consider donations to the
Alzheimer’s Association or Columbus Hospice.
