Fielder Bonson Lloyd Jr.

Mr. Fielder Bonson Lloyd Jr., 69, of Ft. Mitchell Al died Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Services will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.

Fielder was born August 11,1954 in Phenix City AL to the late Fielder Bonson Lloyd Sr. and Jessie Aleen Abernathy Lloyd. After attending Chavala High School in Seale Alabama, Fielder went to work for Westpoint Pepperell where he spent twenty years as a fixer. He eventually retired from Kysor Warren as a Sheet Metal Specialist. Fielder enjoyed riding motorcycles in his free time and loved Alabama football. Fielder relaxed by whittling wood with knives from his vast collection. He will be truly missed by his friends and family; especially his mother Jessie whom he loved dearly.

Fielder was preceded in death by his father Fielder Bonson Lloyd Sr., and his sister  Jeannette (Jeannie) Lloyd Winters.

Fielder is survived by his mother Jessie; sisters, Debra and Dorothy; brother Jimmy; four nieces Brandi, Robyn, Cheri and Marisa; three nephews Gene, Jesse and Derek; along with a host of great nieces and nephews.
