Felicita was born on September 19, 1950, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Tata's vibrant spirit and boundless generosity touched the lives of all who knew her.Tata's life journey led her from the sun-kissed shores of her birthplace to the bustling energy of New York, where she pursued her passion for education at Boricua College. Her dedication to learning was a testament to her belief in the power of knowledge to transform lives.

Tata's commitment to her family was unwavering, and she was a loving wife to her husband of 50 years, Adalberto Valle Rivera. Together, they built a legacy of love and devotion that was reflected in the lives of their daughters, Betsy and Eileen Valle. Tata's role as a grandmother was one of her most cherished, as she showered her granddaughters, Ashley Cintron, Mackenzie Valle, Karismah Wyatt, and Isabella Wyatt, and her grandson, Chippy Ferrell, with unconditional love and support. The recent joy of becoming a great-grandmother to Kailani Kimbrough filled her heart with immense pride and happiness.Her siblings, Mercedes De Santiago, Gloria Esteves De Santiago, Claudio De Santiago, Raphael De Santiago, and Jose De Santiago, will remember Tata for her unwavering support and the special bond they shared. Tata now joins her sister Helen De Santiago and her parents, Claudio and Elena De Santiago, in eternal rest.
