Ethon Abercrombie 29 of Fortson, Georgia died Monday, July 09, 2018 at St Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Solid Rock Assembly of God Church 6959 Warm Springs Road, Columbus. Interment will be held in Roosevelt Memorial Cemetery, Pine Mountain Valley, Ga. The family will receive friends Friday, July 13, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, Columbus.
Ethon was born February 10, 1989 in Valley, Al. son of Susan Abercrombie of Fortson, Ga. Ethon spent 29 years on this earth as the softest and freest spirit that you could ever know. Ethon had a huge heart and never met a stranger. Ethon was passionate about music, writing, motorcycles, wake boarding, snowboarding and living life to the extreme. Ethon's first career path was with his mother at Abercrombie Bonding where he signed bonds at the age of 18. Ethon also had a natural gift for demolition, where he was self motivated in learning and operating heavy machinery. Ethon recently found his enthusiasm for cooking at Bareroots Farmacy as a sous chef.
Being around Ethon meant being surrounded by the sound of his unique laughter and/or the sound of whatever musical instrument he could get his hands on. He had depth, humor and was seriously handsome. He used the traits that God gifted him with to spread his love of Christ and theology.
Survivors include his loving mother, Susan Abercrombie along with his Mimi and Papa, Pam and Phillip Sanchez. Ethon is also survived by many loving family members and friends that are far too many to name. The wonderful memories spent with him will live on until they are reunited again.
