Ellen Faye Ayers, 67, of Columbus, GA died Friday, February 8, 2013 at Columbus Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 10:30 AM Monday, February 11, 2013 at Epworth United Methodist Church 2400 Devonshire Dr. Columbus, GA 31904 with Reverend Scott Hagan officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the church according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Ayers was born July 7, 1945 in Swiss, WV daughter of the late Lee and Marie Lanham Jones. She retired as a secretary from a CPA firm. She was also a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Ayers, Sr.
Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Delaune (Duane) of Metairie, LA, two sons, Robert â
