Ella Mae Ogletree, 89 of Columbus, GA died Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Parkhill Cemetery with Chaplain Dan MacMinn officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA.
Mrs. Ogletree was born April 28, 1922 in Royce, Mississippi to the late Fannie Chambliss Brown and Charlie Allison Brown. She loved to cook and her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was a baptist by faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Ralph Clyde Ogletree and eight brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Larry Ogletree of Fortson, GA and Jervis Ogletree and wife Shirley of Fairhope, AL; brother, Nolan Brown, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
