Edward "Paul" Woitaszewski, 53, of Columbus, GA died Friday, July 5, 2013 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral service with Military Honors will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday, July 8, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Judy Hay officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service according to the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Woitaszewski was born April 22, 1960 in Omaha, NE son of the late Louie Leapold Woitaszewski and Lucille Brown Woitaszewski. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked for Holiday Inn as an Engineer of Maintenance for 9 ½ years before his failed health. He loved working, cooking and gardening.
Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Allie Jewel Ferrand.
Paul is survived by his devoted wife, Sharon Wagers Woitaszewski; his sons, Christopher Woitaszewski, Michael Diaz and Adam Diaz all of Columbus, GA; daughter, April Woitaszewski of Fremont, NE; brother, Jerry Woitaszewski (Staci) of Omaha, NE; grandchildren, Jadynn and Domenik and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
