Earl Nobles, 70 of Columbus died Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Evangle Temple Assembly of God Church with Rev. Watson McKemie, Rev. James Strickland, Rev. Paul Thomas and Mr. Philip Authement. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 till 8 P.M. at McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA.
Mr. Nobles was born October 18, 1940 in Columbus, GA son of the late Louise Anthony Nobles and Ralph Nobles. He was the retired owner of Earl's Welding and Fabrication. His most cherished accomplishment was being a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years Sandra Nobles of Columbus, GA; son, Mark Nobles (Barbi) of Bishop, GA; daughters, Rhonda Carlisle (Keith) of Fortson, GA, Tracie Nobles of Columbus, GA and Shannon Clark (Matt) of Hamilton, GA; six grandchildren, Parker Nobles, Preston Nobles, Baleigh Nobles, Steven Carlisle, Savannah Carlisle and Sydney Clark; brothers, Jimmy Nobles of Ocala, FL and Jerry Nobles of Carrollton, GA; sisters, Faye Hammond of San Diego, CA, Janice Brown of Fortson, GA and Peggy Strickland of Columbus, GA and several nieces and nephews.
