Douglas Lin Thorne, 41, of West Point, GA, died Saturday February 5, 2022 at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, with Pastor Dewayne Creswell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Doug was born on September 20, 1980 to Lynn Douglas Thorne and the late Jerry Lin Thorne.
Douglas is survived by his wife, Jenny Taylor of West Point, GA, step-daughter, Kali Caddell of West Point, GA, mother, Lynn Douglas Thorne of Hamilton, GA, brother, Michael Thorne (Melaine) Box Springs, GA, Jay Thorne (Karen) Hamilton, GA, sister, Kelli Davis (Jimmy) of Tifton, GA; uncle, Jack Douglas (Charlotte) of Tifton, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
