Dorothy Jean Cutter, 87, of Columbus, GA died peacefully Wednesday, October 11, 2012 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Hilderbrand officiating. A private interment will be held in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.
Mrs. Cutter was born October 12, 1924 in Marion, IN daughter of the late Lora Jacob Ringer and Rosa Della Bruce Ringer. She was one of eleven children and was a registered nurse and worked for many years in the medical field and was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Cutter was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cutter.
Survivors include one daughter, Dee Long (Doug) of Columbus, GA, one son, Charles Cutter of Lebanow TN, two sisters, Edna Cox and Louise Benson both of North Carolina, seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
