Dianna Lynn Watkins July 10, 1955 - September 18, 2021 Columbus, GA - Dianna Lynn Watkins passed away peacefully at her home on September 18, 2021.
A memorial service will be held at Northside Baptist Church on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends following the service.
Dianna was born to the late Charles Currier Howard and the late Helen Virginia Howard on July 10, 1955 in Fort Benning, GA. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Watkins, her sister, Agnes W. Flatt, and her brother Charles (Chuck) Howard. Dianna was a lifelong resident of Columbus, GA and a graduate of Columbus High School. She started her own lawn business in the 90's called Northside Lawn Service, which she successfully ran until she turned it over to her son Brad in 2007. She was also an avid bowler and played in several tournaments and leagues at Peach Bowl Lanes.
She is survived by her two sons Jason Walker and Brad Griffin, her sister Betty Davis, and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Northside Baptist Church, 959 54th Street Columbus, GA 31904.
