Debra Kay Kelley Moore, 72, of Dothan, AL died Monday, April 12, 2021 at Southeast Health.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM EDT. Friday, April 16, 2021 at Parkhill Cemetery with Pastor Cecil Sanders officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM CDT. For those who are unable to attend the graveside service at Parkhill, it will be streamed live at www.mcmullenfuneralhome.com. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Headland 1st Baptist Church in Headland, Alabama. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 social distancing will be required during the graveside service.
Debra was born January 1, 1949 in Columbus, GA to the late Travis Alton Kelley and Dorothy Runelle Cannon Kelley. She worked as case manager for the Alabama Department of Human Resources with children and families. She was a member of Headland 1st Baptist Church and JoAnn McKay Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her husband, James “J.R.” Ray Moore of Dothan, AL and her sister, Pamela Faye Kelley of Columbus, GA.
