Claude Edward Catrett, 76, of Columbus,m GA died January 10, 2021 at Piedmont Midtown. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Catrett was born July 24, 1944 in Brantley, AL to the late ID Catrett and Mittie Norris Catrett. He was a member of Piney Grove Church for 28 years. He was a loving friend, son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. His last request was for all who loved him to walk with the Lord and one day we will all be together again.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Catrett of Fortson, GA; children, Lori Catrett of Salem, AL, Marc Catrett of Hope Mills, NC, Nancy Catrett of Fortson, GA; mother-in-law, Maudie Burford of Fortson, GA; brothers, John D. Catrett of Alexander City, AL, James Catrett; sister, Helen Dudas of Salem, AL; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
