Clara C. Davis, 94, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, February 26, 2012 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Steve Croft officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Davis was born May 6, 1917 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Benjamin W. and Arrie Lee Deloach Ennis. She worked as a spinner for the Jordan Mills. She was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed crocheting, needle point, and quilting.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm L. Davis, son, Dennis Pines, daughter, Annette Gill, grandson, Chris Hysmith, and several brothers and sisters.
