Christopher Charles Mauldin

Christopher Charles Mauldin, 49, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away January 27, 2023, after a fierce battle of pancreatic cancer for 9 years.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Parkhill Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907.

He was born in Columbus, Georgia on October 11, 1973. He grew up in Harris County, where he developed a passion for racing dirt bikes and restoring muscle cars. He was a Foxbody Mustang enthusiast and enjoyed working on his 1988 Ford Mustang Notchback with his wife and friends. He attended Hardaway High School, graduating with honors in 1992 and studied Accounting at Columbus State University. Chris was never scared to take on new opportunities and did everything with honesty and integrity. He had very strong values and was well liked by everyone, mostly due to his positive energy. Chris had incredible patience, and always made time to help others.

Chris is survived and missed by his loving wife of 20 years, Adrienne (Lomelo) and his son, Cayne Mauldin of Columbus, GA. He will forever be cherished and remembered by his mother, Gloria Coe Hall (Royce) of Columbus, GA, brother, Roland Durga (Heather) of Harris County, GA, aunts, Tracey Eggert of Columbus, GA, Lisa Phillips of Panama City, FL, uncle, Richard Coe (Barbara) of Birmingham, AL, step-father, Bobby Durga (Cindy) of West Point, GA, as well as beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
