Heaven has been blessed with an angel. Christopher Allen Haywood entered into eternal peace on June 27, 2014.
Funeral services will held 11 AM Wednesday July 2, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA. 31907 with Rev. Clayton Smith officiating. Visitation will held Tuesday 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
Born on June 1, 2002, to Diane and Charles Haywood, "Beans" as he was affectionately called, was known for his love of nature and the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. His big smile and compassionate heart touched the lives of all that knew him. Christopher was a student at Wacoochee Elementary School in Smiths, Alabama.
Leaving to cherish his memory are his devoted mother, Diane Haywood and fiancé Blake of Smiths, AL., father, Charles Haywood and fiancée Michele of Phenix City, AL., maternal grandmother, Sue Outlaw of Smiths, AL., paternal grandmother, Rita Haywood of Phenix City, AL.,and a host of other family and friends.
