Cheryl Lynn McDonald, 50, of Fortson, GA passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010 at her home.
A memorial service in her honor will be held 11 AM Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Hardwick officiating. The family will receive friends after the service according to the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. McDonald was born January 12, 1960 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late James and Marilyn McCain. Mrs. McDonald was employed with Aflac prior to becoming a full time homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce McDonald of Fortson, GA, her daughter, Kelly McDonald of Charleston, SC, her sister, Suzanne Young of Fortson, GA, and her in-laws, Carol McDonald and Dot McDonald of Crawford, AL.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in the honor of Mrs. McDonald to Begin Again Farms in Ellerslie, GA.
