Charles Stephen Ward, 56, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away Monday, January 2, 2012 at Huntsville Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 613 14th St. Phenix City, AL with Rev. John Hafner officiating. Interment will follow at Ladonia Baptist Church on US Highway 80. The following will serve as pallbearers
Victor Burlingame III, Charles David Burlingame, Kenneth Woodall, Larry Langley, Michael Griffith, Daren Cobb. The following will serve as honorary pallbearers Criss E. Fuller & Victor R. Burlingame, Jr. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Ward was born October 31, 1955 in Russell County, Alabama the son of Elsie Fuller Ward and the late Charles D. Ward. He resided in Huntsville Ala. where he worked in painting and construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his mother, Elsie Fuller Ward; his two children, Christopher Hugh Ward and Tabitha Elise Ward; his brother, Gregory Seay and sister Malinda Ward Hafner; six grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins and many loving friends.
He will be missed by all.
