Charles Allen Marsh, Jr., 25 of Phenix City, AL died Monday, May 20, 2013 at The Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, May 24, 2013 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Rev. Larry Beardsley officiating. The following will serve as pallbearers, Charles Marsh, Andrew Marsh, Aaron Marsh, Tom Weatherford, Jeff Honnell and Garrett Outlaw. The follwing will serve as honorary pallbearers Trey Weatherford, Evan Weatherford and Carson Weatherford. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home, 613 14th St. Phenix City, AL.
Allen was born July 5, 1987 in Columbus, Georgia son of Charles and Donna Marsh. He worked for Russell County as an equipment operator. He was also a truck driver. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed mud riding, fishing, target shooting and welding. He also enjoyed taking care of others.
Allen was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jim Weatherford; paternal grandparents, Herman and Nellie Marsh and uncle, Jim Weatherford.
Survivors include his parents, Charles and Donna Marsh of Phenix City, AL; brothers, Andrew Marsh (Lani Parnell) of Phenix City, AL and Aaron Marsh (Faith) of Little Rock, AR; niece, Madison Marsh of Little Rock, AR; maternal grandmother, Darlene Weatherford of Phenix City, AL; uncle and aunt, Tom and Wendy Weatherford; cousins, Avery and Abby Weatherford; aunt, Marcy Weatherford and cousins, Lauren and Paul Lashway, Trey, Evan and Carson Weatherford.
