Randy was born September 30, 1953 in Columbus, GA son of Mary Lois Brown Cotton of Columbus, GA and the late Charles Vernon Cotton. He worked as a Satellite Technician. Randy was a caring son and beloved uncle who loved fishing and hunting. He was a simple man.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Michael Allgood.
