Charles Eugene Ackley, 26, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Marion County, GA.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Joseph Polston officiating.
Charles was born June 9, 1990 in Columbus, GA son of Charles James Ackley (Rodgie Martin) of Manitowoc, WI and Rachael Margarum Ackley of Columbus, GA. He worked in construction for Benefield Construction Company.
Survivors other than his parents include his siblings, James Forbes (Cheyenne) of Cataula, GA, Jessica Ackley of Columbus, GA and Zachary Ackley (Valerie) of Americus, GA, maternal grandparents, Larry and Patricia Margarum, Sr. of Columbus, GA, paternal grandparents, Aaron and Cindy Johnston of Manitowoc, WI, aunts and uncles, Jimmy and Terri Margarum, Larry and Melinda Margarum, Jr., Linda and Gary Lawrence and Michael and Candice Ackley, and many nieces and nephews.
